Welcome to Jackson Lake Home Owners Association!

 

Jackson Lake Home Owners Association is a dedicated non-profit organization responsible for the management and maintenance of the beautiful Jackson Lake community. Nestled near the tranquil Jackson Lake, our association works tirelessly to uphold the serenity and natural beauty of this small, rural neighborhood located in Washington State.

 

Our story begins in the early to mid-80s when the forest land surrounding Jackson Lake was developed by visionary individuals. Recognizing the need to preserve the integrity and harmonious coexistence of the community, developers and Pierce County implemented Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's). These guidelines were put in place to ensure the long-term value of the properties, as well as to maintain the rural charm of the Jackson Lake neighborhood.

 

To effectively manage the CC&R's and oversee the various aspects of the community, the Jackson Lake Homeowners Association was established in 1986. As an organization, we are dedicated to upholding the values and principles set forth by the original developers and Pierce County. Our primary objectives include maintaining the roads within the community and managing the requirements outlined in the CC&R's.

 

As the custodians of the CC&R's, we understand the importance of maintaining a harmonious and thriving community. To this end, our association operates under a set of carefully crafted bylaws. These bylaws outline the guidelines and procedures that dictate how the association is managed, how decisions are made, and how the CC&R's are enforced. By adhering to these bylaws, we create a fair and consistent framework that benefits all residents.

 

The association is led by a board of directors elected by our valued members during the fall Annual Membership Meeting. This democratic process ensures that the voices and concerns of our residents are heard and represented. The board, along with the active participation of our members, strives to create an inclusive and vibrant community where everyone's opinions and interests are taken into consideration.
